Who is responsible
Child labour is prohibited, and the report goes to both the police and the district child protection machinery so that the child is rescued and the employer is prosecuted. What matters is the exact location, the age of the child if known, and the name of the place where the child works, because the district team conducts the rescue on that basis.
Important condition: Help in a family enterprise is treated differently from work in an establishment under the law; report the situation as it is rather than labelling it.
