Who is responsible
A pension that was coming and has stopped usually fails on one of three points: the Aadhaar-linked bank account, the yearly life certificate, or the internal verification of the beneficiary record. The mission status page shows which of these is holding the payment, and the right remedy differs: updating the account, giving the life certificate, or asking the block office to remove the verification hold.
