- Pension stopped or not creditedYour pension was coming but has stopped, or the money is not landing in the bank account; check the DBT and life certificate first.
- Domestic violence or harassment at homeYou are facing violence, cruelty or demands at home; this is an emergency and help is available on 181 and 112 immediately.
- Maintenance from husband or childrenYou need money from your husband or children for your living; the family court or the senior citizen tribunal decides such claims.
- Girl-child marriage or education grant not receivedThe state's marriage or education grant for a girl child did not come to your account.
- Child working as labour or forced workA child is made to work somewhere, including bonded labour; reporting on 1098 or to the district team starts the rescue process.
- Orphan or vulnerable child needs careAn orphaned or abandoned child's care, scholarship or foster arrangement is handled by the district child protection unit.
- Transgender certificate or pensionFirst get the transgender identity certificate from the District Magistrate, then apply for the state pension benefit.
- Senior citizen abandoned or not looked afterAn elderly parent is abandoned or neglected by children; the senior citizen tribunal can order maintenance and protection.
- Child marriage happening or plannedA child below the legal age is being married or is about to be; report immediately on 1098, 112 or to the district child protection unit.
- Leprosy cured (Shatabdi) pensionPersons cured of leprosy are entitled to a state monthly pension applied for at the block level.
- Destitute or beggar needing shelterA destitute person or family, including a beggar, can be referred to the district shelter home and rehabilitation scheme.
- Rural employment guarantee wages delayed (VB–G RAM G)Worked under the rural employment guarantee (earlier MGNREGA, now VB–G RAM G) but wages not credited: check the MIS status, then approach the programme officer.
- Rozgar Guarantee Card (job card) not madeNo job card yet under the rural employment guarantee (VB–G RAM G): register the household at the Gram Panchayat.
- PMAY-G house not allotted or instalment stuckEligible but no rural house sanctioned, or an instalment has not arrived: check the beneficiary list, then meet the BDO.
- e-Shram registration for migrant and daily-wage workersWork outside the village with no worker card: register on e-Shram directly or with CSC help.
