Who is responsible
The maintenance tribunal for senior citizens can order maintenance from children or relatives and can also order the eviction of an abusive relative from the senior citizen's property. It decides faster than a court and the application is simpler, but the senior citizen has to file it in their own district, and the tribunal can pass interim orders where the situation is urgent.
Important condition: The tribunal is for senior citizens and parents; a user who is not a senior citizen and not a parent should approach the family court instead.
