- Teacher absent or not taking classA teacher is frequently absent, or a class is not held and the students are sent home; the Block Education Officer supervises the school.
- Mid-day meal not served or poor qualityThe school meal is not served on some days, served irregularly, or is of poor quantity or quality; the meal in-charge and the Block Education Officer are accountable.
- Textbook or uniform not receivedA free textbook, uniform or study material promised under a scheme has not been given to the student.
- Scholarship not received or application rejectedA scholarship application was rejected, the money did not come, or the student was not in the beneficiary list; the portal and the district scholarship committee handle it.
- Admission under 25% RTE quota in a private schoolAdmission to a private unaided school under the constitutional 25% reservation for weaker sections is a right, and the fee is capped at the notified amount.
- School building, toilet or drinking water problemThe school building is unsafe, a toilet is not usable or there is no drinking water in the school; these are reported to the education department and inspected.
- Anganwadi closed or not comingThe anganwadi centre is closed, the worker is absent, or the supplementary nutrition is not given; the Child Development Programme Officer supervises it.
- Result not declared or marks wrongA board or university result has not been declared, a mark is wrong, or a candidate is marked absent; the examination controller's office handles it.
- Teacher vacancy or no subject teacherA post of teacher is vacant in your school, or a subject has no teacher, so the class is taken by a non-teacher; recruitment is by the state commission.
- Girl child incentive not receivedA state girl-child incentive such as the birth grant, marriage grant or education grant has not been credited to your account.
- School scheme money pending (dress, cycle, scholarship)Dress, cycle or scholarship money has not arrived in the account: check MedhaSoft status, then ask the school.
