Who is responsible
National highways are maintained by NHAI, not by RCD or RWD. If the stretch turns out to be a state or rural road, use the corresponding route instead.
Important condition: Provisional: confirm the road's NH status before filing; NHAI site was intermittently unreachable during verification.
